Artisan Bread Research Concepts

PROJECT: New Product Development
CLIENT: Allied Mills

Working with Allied Mills and Woolworths we were asked to develop brand positioning boards that could be used in focus groups to encapsulate and communicate the inspiration and vision for each potential brand territory for a new range of Artisan breads.

As part of our brief we developed names, brand identities, brand / product story and packaging design.



The concepts explored the territories:

Traditional European craftsmen, baked in the time honoured tradition of the artisan baker
Modern and Fresh with a simplicity of style and a slight European influence
Woolworths Macro, sourcing better food choices
All natural, simple ingredients
Traditional with a modern twist
